In September 2016 10 Cornelius waterfront homes sold, a 28.6% decrease from the 14 Cornelius waterfront homes sold in August. September 2016 waterfront sales figures decreased 9.1% from September 2015 when 11 Cornelius waterfront homes sold.

The average sales price decreased 32% from $1,477,357 in August to $1,005,340 in September. The September 2016 average sales price decreased 26% from the September 2015 average sales price which was $1,359,285.

Average days on the market decreased from 161 in August to 100 in September, a 37.9% decrease in market time. The September 2015 average days on the market were 113, a 11.5% decrease in market time.

Currently there are 74 active Cornelius waterfront homes listed in the MLS with 13 more under contract, down 23.5% from September. The average list price is $1,529,137 up 4.5% from September. The current lowest priced Cornelius waterfront home is listed at $459,900 and the current highest priced active Cornelius waterfront home is listed at $3,899,900.
