Cornelius Real Estate Market Stats for February 2017

Cornelius Homes
In February 2017 21 homes sold in the Cornelius area, a 36.4% decrease from the 33 Cornelius homes sold in January 2017. February 2017 sales figuresdecreased 22.2% from February 2016 when 27 homes sold in the Cornelius area.

The average sales price in Cornelius decreased 34.5% from $632,049 in January to $414,170 in February. The February 2017 average sales price decreased 25.4% from the February 2016 average sales price which was $555,096.

Average days on the market increased 74.5% from 47 days in January to 82 days on the market in February. The February 2016 average days on the market were 100, an 18% decrease in market time from one year ago.

Currently there are 168 active homes for sale in the Cornelius MLS area, up 10.5% from February. The average list price is $997,167 up 2.2% from the February average list price of $976,002. 103 Cornelius homes are currently under contract, up 35.5% from February.
