In July 2019 58 homes sold in the Cornelius real estate market, a 16% decrease from the 69 Cornelius homes sold in June 2019. July 2019 sales figures decreased 4.9% from July 2018 when 61 homes sold in the Cornelius real estate market.

The average sales price in Cornelius decreased by 23.9% from $721,121 in June to $548,789 in July. July 2019 average sales price increased 16.8% from the July 2018 average sales price which was $469,793.

Average days on the market decreased by 26.7% from 60 days in June to 44 days on the market in July. The July 2018 average days on the market were 37, an 18.9% increase in market time from one year ago.

Currently, there are 143 active homes for sale in the Cornelius real estate market, up 5.9% from July.
