Average days on the market decreased 8.2% from 49 days in September to 45 days on the market in October. The October 2015 average days on the market were 60, a 25% decrease in market time.
Currently there are 175 active homes for sale in the Cornelius MLS area, down 9.8% from October. The average list price is $863,434 down 5.7% from the October average list price of $915,443. 90 Cornelius homes are currently under contract, down 4.4% from October.
