The average sales price in Cornelius increased 28.5% from $431,387 in January to $555,096 in February. The February 2016 average sales price increased 7.1% from the February 2015 average sales price which was $518,077.
Average days on the market increased 40.8% from 71 days in January to 100 days on the market in February. The February 2015 average days on the market were 84, a 19% increase in market time.
