In September 2014 49 homes sold in the Cornelius area, a 27.9% decrease from the 68 homes sold in August. September 2014 sales figures increased 28.9% from September 2013 when 38 homes sold in the Cornelius area.

The average sales price increased 4% from $533,292 in August to $554,738 in September. The September 2014 average sales price increased 23.6% from the September 2013 average sales price which was $448,741.

Average days on the market decreased 9.1% from 66 days in August to 60 days on the market in September. September 2013 average days on the market were 95, a 36.7% decrease in market time.

Currently there are 215 homes for sale in the Cornelius MLS area, up 5.46% from August. The average list price is $803,579 up 8.7% from the August average list price of $739,245. 32 Cornelius homes are currently under contract, down 27.3% from August.

In September 2014 28 condos/townhomes sold in the Cornelius area, a 33% increase from the 21 condos or townhomes sold in August 2014. September 2014 sales figures increased 33% from September 2013 when 21 Cornelius condos sold.

The average sales price increased 12.3% from $174,105 in August 2014 to $195,450 in September 2014. September 2014 average sales price increased 17.5% from the September 2013 average sales price which was $166,330.

Average days on the market increased 60.4% from 53 in August to 85 in September. September 2013 average days on the market were 126, a decrease of 32.8%.

Currently there are 85 condo/townhomes for sale in the Cornelius MLS area,a 19.7% increase from the 71 condos for sale in August. The average list price is $194,171, up 1.8% from August’s average list price of $190,802. 18 Cornelius condos/townhomes are currently under contract, a 28% decrease from August.

In August 2014 68 homes sold in the Cornelius area, a 13.3% increase from the 60 homes sold in July. August 2014 sales figures increased 61.9% from August 2013 when 42 homes sold in the Cornelius area.

The average sales price decreased 2.2% from $545,157 in July to $533,292 in August. The August 2014 average sales price increased 15% from the August 2013 average sales price which was $463,594.

Average days on the market increased 8.2% from 61 days in July to 66 days on the market in August. August 2013 average days on the market were 89, a 25.8% decrease in market time.

Currently there are 204 homes for sale in the Cornelius MLS area, down 6% from July. The average list price is $739,245 down .5% from the July average list price of $743,250. 44 Cornelius homes are currently under contract, down 24.1% from July.

In August 2014 21 condos/townhomes sold in the Cornelius area, a 22.2% decrease from the 27 condos or townhomes sold in July 2014. August 2014 sales figures increased 61.5% from August 2013 when 13 Cornelius condos sold.

The average sales price decreased  18.1% from $212,575 in July 2014 to $174,105 in August 2014. August 2014 average sales price decreased 10.1% from the August  2013 average sales price which was $194,263.

Average days on the market decreased 24.3% from 70 in July to 53 in August. August 2013 average days on the market were 101.

Currently there are 71 condo/townhomes for sale in the Cornelius MLS area,a 4% decrease from the 74 condos for sale in July. The average list price is $190,802, down 2.1% from July’s average list price of $194,825. 25 Cornelius condos/townhomes are currently under contract, a 0% decrease from July but a 47.1% increase from August 2013!
