In February 2015 20 homes sold in the Cornelius area, a 11.1% increase from the 18 homes sold in January 2015. February 2015 sales figures increased 5.3% from February 2014 when 19 homes sold in the Cornelius area.

The average sales price increased 14.5% from $480,388 in January to $549,800 in February. The February 2015 average sales price increased 73.6% from the February 2014 average sales price which was $316,761.

Average days on the market increased 1.3% from 79 days in January to 80 days on the market in February. The February 2014 average days on the market were 90, an 11.1% decrease in market time.

Currently there are 246 homes for sale in the Cornelius MLS area, up 8.8% from January. The average list price is $713,758 down .7% from the January average list price of $718,442. 72 Cornelius homes are currently under contract, up 10.8% from January.
