The average sales price in Cornelius decreased 19.4% from $639,680 in August to $515,508 in September. The September 2016 average sales price decreased 15.3% from the September 2015 average sales price which was $608,683.

Average days on the market decreased 32.4% from 74 days in August to 50 days on the market in September. The September 2015 average days on the market were 60, a 16.7% decrease in market time.
