In April 2017 52 homes sold in the Cornelius area, a 2% increase from the 51 Cornelius homes sold in March 2017. April 2017 sales figures increased 20.9% from April 2016 when 43 homes sold in the Cornelius area.
The average sales price in Cornelius decreased 16.3% from $528,148 in March to $442,267 in April. The April 2017 average sales price decreased .3% from the April 2016 average sales price which was $443,690.
Average days on the market decreased 11.1% from 72 days in March to 64 days on the market in April. The April 2016 average days on the market were 59, an 8.5% increase in market time from one year ago.
Currently there are 181 active homes for sale in the Cornelius MLS area, up 1.7% from April. The average list price is $1,003,619 up 1.1% from the April average list price of $992,865. 116 Cornelius homes are currently under contract, up 12.6% from April.
