In April 2015 46 homes sold in the Cornelius area, a 39.4% increase from the 33 homes sold in March 2015. April 2015 sales figures increased 35.3% from April 2014 when 34 homes sold in the Cornelius area.
The average sales price increased 15% from $315,775 in March to $363,273 in April. The April 2015 average sales price decreased 6.7% from the April 2014 average sales price which was $389,467.
Average days on the market increased 6.5% from 62 days in March to 66 days on the market in April. The April 2014 average days on the market were 63, a 4.8% increase in market time.
Currently there are 269 homes for sale in the Cornelius MLS area, up 3% from April. The average list price is $738,986 up 2.6% from the April average list price of $720,583. 103 Cornelius homes are currently under contract, down 5.5% from April.

In April 2015 28 condos/townhomes sold in the Cornelius area, a 75% increase from the 16 condos or townhomes sold in March 2015. April 2015 sales figures increased 40% from April 2014 when 20 Cornelius condos sold.
