Cornelius Real Estate Market Stats for July 2017

Cornelius Homes
In July 2017 67 homes sold in the Cornelius area, a 9.5% decrease from the 74 Cornelius homes sold in June 2017. July 2017 sales figures increased 59.5% from July 2016 when 42 homes sold in the Cornelius area.

The average sales price in Cornelius decreased 13.4% from $564,888 in June to $488,993 in July. The July 2017 average sales price decreased 20.4% from the July 2016 average sales price which was $614,653.

Average days on the market decreased 38.3% from 60 days in June to 37 days on the market in July. The July 2016 average days on the market were 80, a 53.8% decrease in market time from one year ago.

Currently there are 176 active homes for sale in the Cornelius MLS area, down 6.9% from July. The average list price is $1,013,130 down 1.5% from the July average list price of $1,028,261. 91 Cornelius homes are currently under contract, up 3.4% from July.
