In March 2015 33 homes sold in the Cornelius area, a 65% increase from the 20 homes sold in February 2015. March 2015 sales figures increased 6.5% from March 2014 when 31 homes sold in the Cornelius area.
The average sales price decreased 42.6% from $549,800 in February to $315,775 in March. The March 2015 average sales price decreased 37% from the March 2014 average sales price which was $501,162.
Average days on the market decreased 22.5% from 80 days in February to 62 days on the market in March. The March 2014 average days on the market were 102, a 39.2% decrease in market time.
Currently there are 269 homes for sale in the Cornelius MLS area, up 9.3% from February. The average list price is $720,583 up 1% from the February average list price of $713,758. 109 Cornelius homes are currently under contract, up 51.4% from February!
