Cornelius Real Estate Market Stats for May 2019

Cornelius Homes
In May 2019 60 homes sold in the Cornelius real estate market, a 66.7% increase from the 36 Cornelius homes sold in April 2019. May 2019 sales figures increased 5.3% from May 2018 when 57 homes sold in the Cornelius real estate market.

The average sales price in Cornelius decreased by 14.5% from $597,350 in April to $510,944 in May. May 2019 average sales price decreased 12.4% from the May 2018 average sales price which was $583,489.
