June 2016 Cornelius Real Estate Market Update

Cornelius Homes
In June 2016 58 homes sold in the Cornelius area, an 11.5% increase from the 52 homes sold in May. June 2016 sales figures decreased 0% from June 2015 when 58 homes sold in the Cornelius area.

The average sales price in Cornelius increased 25.9% from $454,730 in May to $572,429 in June. The June 2016 average sales price increased 23.8% from the June 2015 average sales price which was $462,298.

Average days on the market decreased 24.6% from 61 days in May to 46 days on the market in June. The June 2015 average days on the market were 80, a 42.5% decrease in market time.

Currently there are 212 active homes for sale in the Cornelius MLS area, up 2% from June. The average list price is $939,337 down 3% from the June average list price of $968,882. 111 Cornelius homes are currently under contract, down 6.7% from June.
